Sharon Geocaris has over 20 years in Administration and 7 in Human Resources. She is the Human Resources and Office Manager and responsible for all aspects of human resource management strategies that enable Millbrook Properties to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Sharon specializes in talent management, employee relations, staffing, and employee benefits.
Prior to Millbrook Properties, Sharon served as the Human Resources Manager at The Benida Group and The Home Depot where she was responsible for implementing onboarding, training, performance management, employee retention, benefits management and employee relations policies and strategies.
Sharon holds a Masters Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University and is certified through the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
