Dan Ryan has over 18 years of experience in property management.    He is currently the General Manager of Arboretum Lakes, a 5-building, Class A 810,000 square foot award winning office complex located in Lisle, IL in the East/West Corridor market of the Chicago Suburbs.  He is responsible for the day to day operations of the complex as well as managing the leasing, construction and finances of the property.  Dan also oversees all management and construction for Millbrook owned properties throughout the East/West Corridor.

 

Prior to joining Millbrook in September, 2013, Dan worked for Jones Lang LaSalle for over 10 years. In his management roles throughout his real estate career, Dan has successfully managed over $50 million worth of tenant and capital improvement projects.  Dan has led Arboretum Lakes to BOMA Local and Regional TOBY Award wins. 

 

Dan received his Bachelor Degree from The University of Illinois at Chicago. He is a licensed broker in Illinois and a LEED Accredited Professional.  He is also a member of BOMA Suburban Chicago and CREN.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, playing golf and attending White Sox games.
