Marka Donovan has over 20 years of experience in property management. She is currently the Property Manager for the Highland Pointe Property, a Class A, 376,000 square foot nine story property in Lombard. She is responsible for all aspects of management including tenant relations, budgeting and financial reporting, overseeing the day to day operations and ensuring delivery of Millbrook’s Class A management services.
 

Prior to joining Millbrook in January 2011, Marka worked for Hamilton Partners for over 12 years, and Simon Property Group for 2 years. In her roles she helped manage approximately two million square feet of a variety of Tenants including government offices, medical offices, and traditional office users including multi-tenant and single tenant buildings. 
 

Marka is currently working toward receiving her Real Estate license and her RPA designation. She enjoys spending time with her children and vacationing with family.
