Gina Narey has over 20 years of experience in property/facilities management. She is currently the General Manager of Parkview Plaza, a Class A, 267,000 square foot nine story office building in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and a Class A 67,000 square foot three story office building in Lisle, Illinois. Gina oversees the buildings operations and manages the leasing, construction, and finances of the property.  
 
Prior to joining Millbrook Properties in October of 2016, Gina served as Facilities Manager for Toko America. She was responsible for their headquarters location in Mount Prospect, Illinois, and office locations nationally. Gina’s portfolio responsibilities included all maintenance operations, managed the workplace environment for employees, lease contract negations for satellite locations and acted as owner’s representative for all capital projects including the major expansion of the corporate headquarters. 
 
Gina attended the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh and Roosevelt University.
