Becky Zitella has over 15 years of experience in real estate. She is the Executive Director of Finance & Acquisitions and is responsible for the accounting and financing of Millbrook’s three million square foot portfolio. She is also responsible for acquisition due diligence and assisting in leasing and asset management.

Prior to joining Millbrook in May, 2013, Becky worked for Walton Street Capital as both a Controller and Director of Tax.  Prior to that, she worked at Deloitte Tax in the lead tax services group. In the decade throughout her real estate career prior to joining Millbrook Properties, Becky successfully structured real estate acquisitions and dispositions, was responsible for overall tax structuring and REIT compliance of various funds, as well as assisting in opening up one of Walton Street’s foreign headquarters. 

Becky received her Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in both Accountancy and Finance. She is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. She is a member of the Illinois CPA Society and the AICPA.
