TWO-FIFTY is a 20-story office tower designed by Perkins & Will that is owned and managed by Millbrook Real Estate Company. It is located in the heart of Milwaukee's Central Business District offering a variety of restaurants, hotels, shops, and entertainment to choose from.

The building has 190,152 rentable square feet and was built in 1971. It has underwent a significant lobby renovation, the creation of a tenant lounge, and many other improvements. A five-story parking garage is conveniently attached to TWO-FIFTY.

Conference Room

The on-site conference room contains tables and seating for 60 people, a projector screen with HDMI and A/V connections, and Wi-Fi. It is available for tenants use on a first come, first serve basis. Cancellations must occur at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged a usage fee.

Mail Room

The mail room, located on the 1st floor, contains drop boxes for UPS, FedEx and USPS making shipments easy and convenient for all tenants of the building.

Parking Garage

Close-proximity parking is available in the on-site parking garage, boasting 444 spaces. The garage offers heated lobbies, new LED lighting throughout, and covered parking on the first four levels. The parking garage provides state of the art parking equipment with license plate recognition. It is currently managed by SP+.

Bike Parking

An indoor bike room is conveniently located on the 1st floor near the restrooms.

Fitness Center

Fitness center was recently updated and offers brand new fitness equipment. It also offers a racquet ball/squash and basketball court. Locker rooms with showers are available for use.

On-Site Management Team

The building management office is located in Suite 1650.

The management team oversees all maintenance, janitorial and engineering to make sure all aspects of the building are performing efficiently and ensure tenant needs are being met. Having the team on-site allows tenants easy access to communicate any needs that may be required.

Tenant Lounge

Modernized area featuring collaboration space, vending machines, coffee machine, and a shuffleboard. This space can be reserved for private events outside of lunch hours.
