Leasing & Acqusitions Analyst

Jonathan Bernstein joined the Real Estate profession in 2015, he has experience in Property Management, assets management, Acquisitions, and leasing. He is the Leasing & Acquisitions Analyst and is responsible for analyzing potential acquisitions and working with the leasing brokers and tenant brokers to ensure that the 2 million square foot portfolio is adequately leased. He is also responsible with building relationships with both the brokers and Millbrook’s current tenants. Jonathan was part of the Property Management team that led Arboretum Lakes to become local and regional BOMA TOBY winners.
 

Prior to Joining Millbrook in 2015 Jonathan owned Gain The Edge Training, a sports performance training system. His prior experience taught him about business practices and relationship building.
 

Jonathan has his Bachelor Of Science Degree from University Of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. He is a licensed real estate broker in Illinois and is a developing leader member of NAIOP and YOBA.  He enjoys sports, athletics of any kind and spending time with his family and friends.
