Highland Pointe consists of two Class A nine-story suburban office towers with high profile presence at the northeast corner of Highland Avenue and I-88 tollway.  The towers are connected by a 12,000 square foot ground link that includes tenant office space and an interior and exterior common area and two levels of executive parking.  Developed by Homart between 1984 and 1986, Highland Pointe was built to a higher standard than other office developments. The project was originally designed as a speculative multi-tenant office building, however a major lease signing with Burroughs Corporation during the construction process resulted in numerous modifications and upgrades to the property.
