Café
The on-site café, managed by Deli Time, is open Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm for Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks. The cafe is located in the 333 Building on the L1 level.
Conference Room
Conference Rooms: The property includes two conference rooms available to all tenants of the property. The first is located at 377 Suite 115, and holds approximately 60 occupants. The other is located at 377 L1 and holds approximately 30 occupants.
Both have Wi-Fi and projectors and are available on a first come, first serve reserved basis. Contact the Building Management Office for further information at 630-598-5255 or place your reservation through Angus, the online work order system.

Fitness Center
Fitness center with shower/locker rooms: State of the art newly appointed fitness center is located on lobby level of the 377 building. The fitness center is open to any tenant and employee of the building. The fitness center is open Monday – Friday 6:00 am to 6:00 pm.
For access, please ask Security or visit the Management Office to request a fitness center waiver form.
AS OF 6/2020 A NEW COVID-19 WAIVER WILL NEED TO BE FILLED OUT AND TURNED IN THE MGMT OFFICE AS WELL.
Mail Room
The mail room, located on the 1st floor, contains drop boxes for UPS, FedEx and USPS making shipments easy and convenient for all tenants of the building.
On-Site Management Team
The building management office is located in the 333 building on the 5th floor, suite 510. The management team oversees all maintenance, janitorial and engineering to make sure all aspects of the building are performing efficiently and ensure tenant needs are being met. Having the team on-site allows tenants easy access to communicate any needs that may be required.

Visitor Parking: The Visitor Parking deck, which is the parking directly outside the main building entrances at lobby level, is for Visitors and Invitees of Tenants of the building. All who use the Visitor Parking Area must sign in at the Security Desk. Handicap accessible parking is also located on the Visitor Parking Deck.

Tenant Parking: The complex has ample parking with a six level parking garage with 1,511 parking spaces and also offer surface parking.
Terrace View Park
This hidden park is located right outside Parkview Plaza’s Back door! It boasts a Nature Center, Picnic Areas, Walking Trails, Lighted Softball Field and a stocked Lake! You can always find our tenants taking advantage of this gem. Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall!
Vending Room
Vending machines are available for drinks and snacks in the 333 East Butterfield Road mailroom.
Avenue C-Micro Mart
Located on the L1 level of the 377 building, Avenue C includes candy, sandwiches, chips, coffee and drinks available anytime. Please visit the Avenue C kiosk within the micro mart to sign up for the pre-paid card.
Foodsby
Contact-free meals delivered by local restaurants for just $1.99. Meals delivered to the 377 building outside of the Avenue C-Micro Mart.

Dry cleaning service : Hooray! Valet Dry Cleaning and Laundry Delivery Service drop off is located on L1 in the 377 building. New customers can register on line at www.hooray!valet.com

Security : Guards are on site 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday through Friday. No weekend guards, unless special circumstances. The property also has roving security patrols for both exterior/interior of the building 7 days a week – PM and weekend hours only as well as after-hours key card access.
