Garett Shiner is President of Balashine Properties, LLC, a commercial real estate acquisition and management firm based in the Philadelphia, PA metro area. Balashine Properties focuses on first class management of primarily suburban office properties, with an intense focus on customer satisfaction. Garett is responsible for investigating potential properties, working with investor requests, overseeing all financial, operational and legal requirements, and soliciting all services the company will need to subcontract to in order to carry out its duties.

 

Prior to founding Balashine Properties, Garett spent over 10 years in the commercial construction industry. He held various positions, primarily within one firm, which included involvement in the full construction process from estimating and bidding projects through supervision and management of awarded projects to project closeout. Specialties included project management, contract review, critical path method analysis, subcontract buyout, and job cost analysis. Garett brings a strong financial, operational, and organizational background to any business to help ensure success.

 

Garett earned his undergraduate Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Engineering from Drexel University. He is an active member of NAIOP, MCDC, and JFRE.
