Located off the tenant lounge at 485, the patio offers tenants the opportunity to relax during breaks and enjoy the landscaping, pond, sunshine and even a game of bags throughout the summer months.
On-Site Management Team
The building management office is located in suite 220 on the second floor at 485 Half Day Rd. The management team oversees all maintenance, janitorial and engineering to make sure all aspects of the building are performing efficiently and ensure tenant needs are being met. Having the team on-site allows tenants easy access to communicate any needs that may be required.

The Four Hundreds Cafe' and Tenant Lounge are located on the first floor of each building and are open 24/7. The self-service Grab and Go Market provides pre-made fresh salads, wraps and sandwiches as well as soup, fruit, a variety of snacks and beverages. For easy self-service check out the kiosk accepts debit and credit cards.
Catering
Catering services provided by Michael's on Main offers an extensive array of hot and cold entrees, sandwiches, sides, snacks, desserts, and beverages for every taste and budget.
